At Booley, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip or return authorization form inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
